What does the term "natural hair" mean to you?
Simple... It means my wild curls that form a weird semi afro if I do not put anything in it and depending on the weather can fluff up... That is my natural hair. It is the hair I was born with... Hard to manage and most of the time knotted.
It was not until recently that I have started to be comfortable with my natural hair, however I still have a hard time with it. Especially in Japan.

Hair can give headaches
Does that sound dumb? I hope not because it is the truth. I have learned to love my curly hair but as of lately it has been knotting… knotting like there is no tomorrow.  Have you ever seen the Bernie Mac show, the episode when he tries to comb his nieces hair and his hand gets stuck in it? The other day I got a comb stuck in it. I had to rush to get it cut out… now every single day...
